PMX is working to bring you more musical offerings for Saturday and Sunday afternoons. More low key compared to the Friday night concert, these events will give you the opportunity to check out different artists and their music. On Saturday, starting at 1 p.m., Hydraphonic brings you Lemon Drop Kick, Kiryu, Nobu, and Poel. On Sunday, starting at 2 p.m., Making More Music has Slam Girls, Cherry, Nikki, and Aoi Kidokoro taking the stage. |

UchuSentai NOIZ will be live and in concert at Pacific Music Live 09 on Friday, Nov. 6. UchuSentai NOIZ will be attending a focus panel, autograph session and more throughout PMX09.

UchuSentai NOIZ is the cutting edge of Japanese rock. They have toured extensively throughout Japan and released numerous albums and maxi-singles, DVDs, videos and books. UchuSentai NOIZ's visual kei style inspires their fans to cosplay and emulate the band's costumes.
The band is composed of Angel Taka (angel voice), Kotaro (neo-electric guitar), Masato (hyper-sonic guitar), Kyo (super vibrator) and Yamato (machine-gun beat grappler).

Miri and Nagi are the duo that make up Papillon. The sakedol group formed in early 2007 and have performed extensively in Tokyo. Papillon is having their first group performance in the United States at PMX and appears by special arrangement with Cure.

Singer/Songwriter Kiryu
Coming to PMX will be special music industry guest Kiryu.
Japanese Singer/Songwriter Kiryu will appear at this year’s PMX to meet fans and promote his first album, Hydra, as a guest of Askew Magazine. Kiryu will be available throughout the convention selling merchandise, signing autographs, and for photo-ops. Also, be sure to check out his panel discussing the highs and lows of being an independent artist in the Japanese music industry.
Kiryu (桐龍) is a Japanese artist with a unique sound that moves beyond basic rock, exploring what an artist can do for music, instead of what music can do for an artist.
