Pacific Music Live 09
* The Pacific Music Live 09 will be in the evening of Friday, Nov. 6 starting at 8 p.m. Scheduled to perform are UchuSentai NOIZ, Papillon, Rusika, and Ai Chérie.

You must have a Pacific Media Expo membership to purchase a concert ticket. The cost of the ticket is on top of the appropriate days' membership for Pacific Media Expo.
Pacific Music Live 09 Concert Ticketing System:
Tickets for Pacific Music Live 09 Concert will go on sale soon! This event is scheduled for the evening of Friday, Nov. 6. Section P gives access to the Priority section, which is closest to the stage. Section M, will allow access to the Middle area behind the Priority section. Remaining space in the concert room may be made available to Pacific Media Expo attendees with full-membership badges. These attendees will be allowed into the concerts on a first-come, first-served basis at the discretion and timing of PMX staff.

Ticketing guidelines
* Tickets will have a section designation. (Applicable to Pacific Music Live 09 only.)
* The cost of the ticket includes the performance by the headlining act and all opening acts. (Applicable to Pacific Music Live 09 only.)
* All tickets will be picked up via will-call at Pacific Media Expo registration
a) Any other items purchased online can be picked up there as well.
* Attendees will be allowed into the concert room, International Ballroom A, 30 minutes prior to the concert.
* No large items, props or weapons are allowed into the concert venue. Due to the high volume of people who will be attending the concert, anyone with large items, props or anything resembling a weapon will NOT be allowed into the concert venue.
* Any remaining space will be made available to Pacific Media Expo attendees with full-membership badges on a first-come, first-served basis at the discretion and timing of PMX staff. (Applicable to Pacific Music Live 09 only.)
Caveats:
* Any violations of this policy or failure to obey security personnel is subject to immediate removal from the concert venue, and if warranted, expulsion from the convention and the convention grounds. In addition, violators may be criminally charged for violating local, state and federal statutes.
* Any changes in ticketing are subject to a $20 processing fee per request.
* All information in this draft is subject to change. Questions regarding the policy should be directed to the music events coordinator.
* The concerts will be recorded. All participants in the concert give the Pacific Media Association the right to use their images for any commercial or promotional purposes.
* Purchase of concert ticket constitutes unconditional acceptance of this policy or any amendments to the policy. |
