Registration payments may be made:
- Online (use the Buy Now button on the registration receipt page and in ticket.cgi)
- By mail (until November 1st)
- In person at the convention (cash, checks with ID, and money orders only)
Note: Paypal does not require you to create an account. (They want you to, of course.) Just use the link on their website that talks about continuing without creating an account.
Registration Availability
Online: Attending memberships and tickets are available online up to and during the convention. They will be available to pick up in Registration by the time you arrive. (See On-Site Hours and Location at right).
At-Con: Traditional at-con registration will be available in the main Registration room when it is open (see hours at right).

What is not included:
Concerts and Ticketed Special Events
Concerts and ticketed special events are in addition to your regular membership. Membership is required prior to purchasing tickets.
- BACK-ON concert (Friday night): Space permitting, all PMX Friday attendees are eligible to see the concert. Premium concert options are described on the Concert page and are available through event ticket registration (which will automatically upgrade your badge to attend on Friday if needed):
- Priority Admission: $16 + PMX Badge
- Fan Bundle: $60 + PMX Badge
- VIP Access: $120 + PMX Badge
If you are only attending to see the concert, get a $20 Friday-only badge with the $16 Priority Admission option, for a total cost of $36.
- Unofficial Vocaloid Concert: Entrance tickets for the concert are available through event ticket registration. There is no additional charge for these tickets, but they are only reserved (not confirmed) until the underlying badge has been paid for. After 48 hours of non-payment we reserve the right to cancel reserved tickets and make them available to others. Any remaining space in the concert will be available on a standby basis only. - Une Petite Fetê tea party (Saturday evening): Tickets for both Seatings are available through event ticket registration. Click here for more information about the Seatings and the event.
- Swap Meet table spaces and Artists Market table spaces are also sold through event ticket registration this year.

We offer group discounts. Register 5 or more people together online and receive a 20% discount! See "Group Discount Policy" below for details.
We offer two-day discounts. The less expensive day is half price. Check the Full price before registering however, as Early Bird discounts may make it a better deal.
Payments must be received by the deadline to qualify. Qualification is determined by the postmark of the mailed envelope or by the date of the electronic transaction.

Group Discount Policy
Groups of 5 or more people that register together online will receive a 20% discount on their memberships. The discount is applied automatically once the 5th person has been entered on your membership form. To receive the discount, you must all register together in a single session. Completed registrations may not be combined or extended in order to qualify for the discount. Note: this discount does not apply to concert or special event tickets.
Customer Support and Refunds
Your membership fees are fully refundable provided that you have not used them to attend the convention and that you notify PMX Registration by November 20, 2013. Concert and event tickets are in general not refundable, however we reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. There is a limit of one ticket per event per person and tickets are non-transferable.
