Interested in attending Pacific Media Expo this year as a member of the press? We feature three (3) different press badge classifications based on your organization’s qualifications:

• Major Press
• Standard Press
• Emerging Press

If you are approved as an official member of Press, you have agreed to the PMX Press Policies and Guidelines. Failure to adhere to the Press Policies will result in an immediate revocation of the complimentary press badge and its privileges.

Pre-Registration (Before August 28th)

To register as an At-Con Member of Press:

1. Determine which level of press you qualify for. Click on the links above to see the levels of press we offer.
2. Fill out a Press Registration Form. Submissions after August 28, 2015 will be charged a $20 At-Con fee if approved.

**Note: Max of (4) complimentary passes allowed per organization. Additional passes may be purchased at-con for a discounted rate of $20 for the full convention weekend and are still subject to the convention review process.


3. Provide proof of your affiliation with the organization you registered with. Valid forms of proof are:
• Links to staff lists
• Links to your bylines and previous works
• Business cards
• Letters of assignment on official letterheads

**TIP: To expedite your submission review, please provide proof of affiliation in the Press Registration Form.

4. Wait. Please allow at least five (5) business days for a response while we review your submission. You will be notified via e-mail whether your application is approved or denied along with information on how to proceed next.

At-Con Registration (After August 28th):

**Note: Applications after August 28th will be charged at $20 At-Con Processing Fee.

At the Press Office:

1. Fill out a Press Registration Form online before you come to the Con, if possible. It will greatly speed up the process. If you cannot, you can fill one out at the Press Office at Pasadena Convention Center, Plaza Level, Island.
2. Wait. We will process your Registration when we receive it. You will be vetted on the spot.

1. If you have received your Press At-Con Approval Email:
   1. Go to the Attendee Registration Desk at Pasadena Sheraton Conference Level, Room: Magnolia
   2. Present the following:
      1. A photo ID
      2. Your confirmation email (if you have received it)
      3. A business card
      4. $20 dollar At-Con Fee
   3. Visit the Press Office at Pasadena Convention Center, Plaza Level, Island to get the latest Press Only Information
2. If you have NOT received your Press At-Con Approval Email:
   1. Please come to the Press Office at Pasadena Convention Center, Plaza Level, Island to have your application resolved.

**NOTE: On-site registrations will be approved or denied at the discretion of Pacific Media Expo and are bound to the same restrictions as online registrants.
