Capturing PMX Memories

Pacific Media Expo (PMX) is pleased to announce the return of the popular PMX Photoshoot Room. Bring yourself, your family, your friends, or your fellow PMX attendees and have your photos taken. The PMX Photoshoot room will feature volunteer photographers throughout the weekend taking photos of all PMX Attendees willing to pose! Show off your wonderful cosplay or just come and capture some memories. The photographs from the shoots will be posted on our PMX Photography Facebook page. This service will be on a first come, first served basis. Please be mindful and courteous to other attendees waiting to get their pictures taken as well. We look forward to seeing you there!

Hours of Operation

PMX is seeking volunteer photographers to shoot in their photo room at certain times of the day. If your application is approved as an Official PMX Photoshoot Room photographer, your work will not only be featured and credited on our PMX Photography Facebook page, but you will be compensated with a free one-day pass to the convention. Please submit your application below or at our Facebook Page.

All prospective photographers are subject for review. If you are accepted, the photography guidelines will be sent to you. A waiver form (and minor form, if under 18) is required. Please fill it out and bring it with you the day you are assigned to shoot.

By participating in the PMX Photoshoot Room, you (the participant) grant Pacific Media Association (PMA) the right to use your name, likeness and/or footage taken for promotional purposes. You (the participant) (1) accept general liability for the participation of yourself in the PMX Photoshoot Room and (2) indemnify and hold harmless PMX, PMA, its employees, volunteers, and agents, either jointly or severally, from and against any and all claims, damages, causes of action or injuries, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs expended in defense thereof, incurred or resulting from your participation.
