Featured Cosplay Guest: Jin (behindinfinity)

Manila, Philippines-based cosplayer Jin (behindinfinity) will be the first ever featured cosplay guest of Pacific Media Expo in its' 12 year history. A panel, autograph session, and many other events are scheduled to feature Jin's body of cosplay work during PMX.

Jin (behindinfinity) is a cosplayer from the Philippines who is known internationally for elaborate group photoshoots with Tux Team (tuxteam.net), accurate character portrayals, and entertaining blog posts about events or photoshoots. Warner Brothers Philippines chose Jin (behindinfinity) to cosplay the titular role of Kenshin Himura during the Asian red carpet premiere of the highly anticipated Rurouni Kenshin movie sequel in 2014. Among those present during that event was the film director Keishi Otomo and main cast members such as Takeru Satoh himself.

Jin (behindinfinity) was recently featured in ComicBook.com, MoviePilot.com, Anime News Network, Kotaku, RocketNews24, and many other geek web magazines for the uncannily accurate portrayal of Hiro Hamada from Disney's Big Hero 6. Jin (behindinfinity) has an extensive cosplay history, and other notable roles include Naruto (Naruto Shippuden), Haruka Nanase (Free!), Cecil Palmer (Welcome to Night Vale), Light Yagami (Death Note), and many others.

Jin-Senpai Photo Shoot (1 hr event total) Get a pic with Jin in front of a PMX backdrop (8x10 to be delivered at PMX on Monday) along with your one other digital copy! (Limit 30) Saturday, Sept 5, 3 p.m. Secret location. ($30)

Meet and Greet with Jin-Senpai at PMX (1.5 hrs) You and Jin will have a special meet and greet where Jin can talk with a small, intimate group of fans about cosplay, play games (with prizes!), take unlimited digital photos, and Jin can autograph or sketch on your sketchbook. (Limit 50) Monday, Sept 7, 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., secret location. ($50)

Jin limited edition PMX postcards: $5 at-con. $10 if you want it mailed. $20 autographed, mailed, S/H included.
