Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I want to register my Secretary and Treasurer. Can I do that?
A: No. The Student Asian Media Summit Pass Registration is open to only the President and Vice President of your club.
Q: I don't know where to buy school letterhead. What do I do?
A: Ask your club advisor to print out the form for you so they can get it to you on letterhead. I'm sure they won't have any problem giving this to you since PMX is anime/Asian culture, language, lifestyle, media-related which is the purpose of your club, after all.
Q: My advisor is mean and won't print stuff on letterhead for our club! Help!
A: Give us your advisor's email address and we'll see if we can help you out. Advisor email address cannot be from any of the free email services like yahoo, gmail, or hotmail, etc.; they must have a valid .edu or .k12.ca.us email address and they must respond to us. If you give us an email address and it bounces or we don't get a response before the November 5th deadline, we will not approve your delegate badges.
