RULES FOR COSPLAYERS:
- To enter the contest, just sign up between 10:30 am - 11:30 am at the Pacific Media Expo/Valley Gakuen table wearing the costume you made yourself.
- RATED G COSTUMES ONLY. The Cherry Blossom Festival of Southern California is a family festival. Dress accordingly.
- You must bring a colored printout of the character you are cosplaying or bring a manga/book/magazine with your character. We will return the manga/book/magazine to you.
- We are only taking 30 cosplayers maximum for this event. No skits. Individuals only.
PRIZES: CASH prizes will be awarded to the best cosplayers. Along with items from the following prize sponsors:
