 Shop til you drop! Buy your much-needed items from retailers and industry who are the central focus of the hall. You'll find everything in the Pacific Media Expo Exhibit Hall -- from anime/manga to Hong Kong action films, from J-Pop/J-Rock CDs to lolita clothing and accessories.
Pacific Media Expo hosts a unique blend of vendors and artists representing the best of Asian media and lifestyles. The Exhibit Hall will be your one-stop shop for items you can find around the Pacific Rim.

Notable Changes from Last Year:
- Dedicated Staff: Fellow artists RosaleenDhu and RivetSPOOn will be managing the Artists Market.
- Dedicated Room: Room will be locked when not in use. No more sharing with Swap Meet. (ever!)
- Buddy up: Initially only Half Tables will be available. Last year's Table Friend system has been extended so you can also specify Table Buddies and Subsidiary Artists.
- New Artists Market Agreement. All participants must abide by this agreement.

Bel Air Room - Friday and Saturday: 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM
Do you want to sell your collection of anime, manga, lolita clothes, jrock/jpop CDs, urban vinyl or anything that's related to Asian pop culture? Sell your collectibles at our Swap Meet!
Swap Meet Basic Information
The PMX Swap Meet will be located in the Bel Air Room, just off the main lobby of the LAX Hilton (next to the hotel resaurant). It will be open both Friday (11/11) and Saturday (11/12) from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM each night. Setup time is 30 minutes prior to opening each day, and teardown time is 30 minutes after closing, so the room is available to vendors from 6PM to Midnight each day.
A total of 18 Full Table (or 36 Half Table) spaces are available each day and are sold separately, so vendors who want to sell on both days must purchase each day separately. Standard pricing for tables purchased online before the convention is as follows: a Half Table is 2.5 x 3 feet with one chair and costs $10 per day; a Full Table is 2.5 x 6 feet with two chairs and costs $20 per day. In the event of unsold spaces or no-shows at the convention, at-con tables may be sold at a 50% premium ($15 per Half Table per day, $30 per Full Table per day). |
